i had such a fun day yesterday with my n. we went all around port townsend and the beach. it was so pretty outside and all i wanted to do was sit on a sailboat and lounge the day away.

haase loves his baths

this week haase discovered the bath tub. i was taking a shower a few days ago and he decided to check it out...and loved playing in the water. since then, he has jumped in moms bath three times and now sits by the tub whining until someone turns the water on.

today he has had three baths...

i did something i have wanted to do for weeks this morning. i slept in. i mean, i like woke up at nine. went back to sleep. and everytime i woke up i went back to sleep. until twelve thirty!

it was so needed.

now im trying to just get a grip on my day.

jake and i just finished watching a show on natgeo about border patrols and how to catch coyotes. all i could think about was el andy and i just kept laughing. i really want to watch weeds season 4 now!! i havent seen it since i lived with tasha. i bought season 5 but havent watched it yet....i want to rewatch season 4 first.

oh how i adore uncle andy.

i finished the third and final part of the emma series and my heart is so full. i adore this show so much. i wont lie, so much of me would ADORE watching the whole thing again. if only i owned it on dvd to watch at my own convienence. if only...

and it took ALL of me not to buy this on dvd tonight. i have been trying as hard as i can to save my money for my trip...but i saw this tonight and thought, its HERE!! perhaps my mother will suprise me and get it for a valentines gift. it twould make my heart soar. i have been waiting for ever to see it!

oh how i want both of these lovelies.

everytime i open "my pictures" i see this picture and i can't help but smile. what i wouldnt give for a pair of these lovelies...and i am sure that everytime i looked at them, all things would turn fuzzy...like in the old movies when as the main character kisses the girl....the camera zooms in to their face and the world around them turns fuzzy...yeah. like that.

call me a sap but i seriously cant get enough of this miniseries. seriously. i have always loved the story of jane austen's emma. in fact i can easily say it is my favorite jane austen book.

but this scene...my heart was doing all sorts of flip flops and i couldnt stop smiling. you know in pride and prejudice that scene where keira knightley and mr. darcy's hands meet in the carriage?...thats what this scene is for emma...
